About Us
Our AssociationUniting Chinese Business Leaders and Connecting the United States and China
The Pacific Oriental Enterprise Association (POEA) was founded in December 2023 as a nonprofit, non-governmental organization registered in the San Francisco Bay Area and jointly initiated by business associations in the United States and China. More than 150 representatives from government, business, and academia attended the founding ceremony, and about 50 associations worldwide sent congratulations.
POEA brings together Chinese business leaders and advances cooperation in commerce, education, and technology. It gives members a platform for business connections, information sharing, investment opportunities, and project collaboration.

With an M.Arch from UIUC and an MBA from UC Berkeley Haas, Emma evaluates projects through the lens of investment return, design optimization, and construction execution.
4. Cross-Border Expansion & Industrial Real Estate Support
Emma supports companies with U.S. site selection, showroom, warehouse, factory setup, and engineering coordination, with active projects in California, Oregon, and Texas.
